Dale was both professional and courteous. After investigating the potential damp issue it transpired the problem was poor air flow and subsequently condensation. This caused the sub floor to rot. Joists and flooring replaced and some plasterwork. 

Dale carried out the work at the agreed time and date and was methodical and meticulous in his work. Dale was a good price for the work carried out. Overall very pleased with Dale and would certainly use again

Dale was very prompt & thorough with his initial inspection. Gave detailed & informed information. He even said that we could leave the damp if we could live with it as it would do no actual harm. 

It was increasingly looking a mess so we went ahead. Dale has done an excellent job & was tidy throughout. He even dovetailed the work in with his electrician to add extra sockets during the process & keep disruption to a minimum. 

Very neat finish. We are just waiting for the plaster to thoroughly dry before redecorating. Thanks Dale.

Was a relatively small job so he offered to work it in around the current job he was doing nearby and didn't charge for his time just the material cost.
